From the SF Bay Area, we were on our way to the Wags and Walks adoption center and wanted to stop by a nearby coffee shop beforehand. I heard about Cafe Ruisseau so it made sense to check it out too. The two employees were extremely friendly and welcoming. There are also dog treats next to the cash register. The drinks - espresso tonic and iced chai - were delicious. My biggest compliment is to the espresso tonic. It was just on another level! I normally make my own at home or go to verve, and the one here beats both. I even bought a bag of their beans. The vibe is nice. The music is SPOT ON! The air conditioning was on and it was chilly but given it's going to be over 90 degrees today, I get it. Recommendation: Highly recommend!!!!

Was in the area and randomly stumbled upon this wonderful place. The service was very friendly, the decor was minimal and aesthetic; there was good area to get work done. They were very creative with the names of their roasted coffees and their merch was cool too! The coffee was DELISH. I got the Honey Vanilla Latte in size medium for $6.75 which is the usual nowadays in LA area & it did NOT disappoint. I drank it so fast and it tasted so authentic, I will definitely be back for more!

Car broke down. Decided to take a walk. Stumbled on Cafe Ruisseau. What a lovely find. Open, clean space. Art on the walls. Good coffee, great people behind the counter, and the sandwich was huge. Will definitely be back.

Ordered a iced dirty chai and it was bomb! You can taste the real spices, not overly sugary chai concentrate that a lot of shops use. This cafe has a great vibe to work or study, especially if you don't want someplace super loud or crowded -- I loved getting work done with their chill r&b playlist playing in the background :) Only downsides are that there is no bathroom or outlets (from where I sat). Such a hidden gem in west LA!
